How do you charge?+

We charge per attended interview. For full-time roles, we charge 1.4% max annual compensation. For part-time roles, we charge 0.5%–0.9% max annual compensation. You are not billed for candidate no-shows.

Can you source candidates for us?+

Yes. We source candidates and also screen any applicants you already have.

Do you integrate with calendars?+

Yes. We sync with your calendar to schedule interviews and send confirmations & reminders. ATS integrations are not supported yet; we offer CSV export for notes and candidate data.

What roles work best?+
